For as long as I can remember, music has been much more than entertainment to me. It has been a way to express emotions, tell stories, and connect with people in ways that words sometimes cannot.

Pink Floyd has always represented something special in that regard. Their music invites you to listen, to think, to feel, and sometimes simply to lose yourself in another world.

When I started imagining SHINE ON, I didn't want to create just another tribute concert. I wanted to build an experience where music, images, lighting, and sound could come together to tell a story — something that would take the audience on a journey rather than simply from one song to the next.

That's how The Witness was born.

Through his journey, I wanted to explore some of the things that make us human: time, memories, isolation, fear, and ultimately, hope. Not to tell people what to think or feel, but to give everyone the freedom to find their own meaning in what they see and hear.

Bringing this production to life has been an enormous undertaking, and a deeply rewarding one. From creating the visual world to designing the sound and lighting, and bringing together a group of talented musicians, every element has been built with one purpose: to serve the music and the emotions behind it.

I'm incredibly grateful to the musicians who embraced this vision, to Coco Cabaret for giving us the freedom to create it, and to everyone who helped turn an idea into reality.

And most importantly, thank you for being here.

I hope that somewhere during this journey, a sound, an image, or a moment will connect with something inside you.

If that happens, then SHINE ON has accomplished exactly what I hoped it would.

Desde que tengo memoria, la música ha sido para mí mucho más que entretenimiento. Ha sido una manera de expresar emociones, contar historias y conectar con las personas de formas que, a veces, las palabras no pueden lograr.

Pink Floyd siempre ha representado algo especial en ese sentido. Su música te invita a escuchar, a pensar, a sentir y, a veces, simplemente a perderte en otro mundo.

Cuando empecé a imaginar SHINE ON, no quería crear simplemente otro concierto tributo. Quería construir una experiencia en la que la música, las imágenes, la iluminación y el sonido se unieran para contar una historia; algo que llevara al público a un viaje, en lugar de pasar simplemente de una canción a otra.

Así nació El Testigo.

A través de su viaje, quería explorar algunas de las cosas que nos hacen humanos: el tiempo, los recuerdos, la soledad, el miedo y, finalmente, la esperanza. No para decirle a la gente qué pensar o sentir, sino para darle a cada persona la libertad de encontrar su propio significado en lo que ve y escucha.

Dar vida a esta producción ha sido un trabajo enorme y, al mismo tiempo, profundamente gratificante. Desde crear el universo visual hasta diseñar el sonido y la iluminación, y reunir a un grupo de músicos talentosos, cada elemento se ha construido con un solo propósito: estar al servicio de la música y de las emociones que hay detrás de ella.

Estoy inmensamente agradecido con los músicos que hicieron suya esta visión, con Coco Cabaret por darnos la libertad de crearla y con todas las personas que ayudaron a convertir una idea en realidad.

Y, sobre todo, gracias por estar aquí.

Espero que en algún momento de este viaje, un sonido, una imagen o un instante conecte con algo dentro de ti.

Si eso sucede, entonces SHINE ON habrá logrado exactamente lo que yo esperaba.
