Welcome, and thank you for joining us tonight for Shine On — An Evening with Pink Floyd. We are delighted to have you here and hope this performance takes you on a journey through the timeless music of one of the greatest bands of all time.
Please be aware that tonight’s show is presented without interruption. There will be no intermission during the performance, and we kindly ask that you settle in, be present, and allow yourself to be fully immersed in the experience from the very first note to the last.
Seven musicians are with you live on stage for the entire performance — vocals, guitars, drums, and saxophone are all performed live, note for note, in real time. To bring the full scope and texture of Pink Floyd’s soundscape to life, select elements — bass, keyboards, and a handful of sound effects — are pre-recorded.
We hope the music moves you, the atmosphere transports you, and that you leave tonight with something that stays with you. Enjoy the show.
